Anxiety Therapy
There are a number of ways that anxiety is experienced, and there are a number of interventions that our therapists use to treat anxiety. The decision about what intervention(s) to try is based on the specific type of anxiety that the client is experiencing, best practices, and the client’s input. The interventions that we offer include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Energy Psychology and Emotional Freedom Techniques, Exposure Therapy, Hypnosis and Somatic Based Interventions.
