Anxiety

Anxiety is experienced in a number of different ways, and there are a number of interventions that our therapists use to treat anxiety.  The decision about what intervention(s) to try is based on the specific type of anxiety that the person is experiencing, best practices, and the client’s input.  The interventions that we offer include but are not limited to are, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Practices, Energy Psychology and Emotional Freedom Techniques, Exposure Therapy, Hypnosis and Somatic Based Interventions.
