Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a highly effective, evidence-based approach designed to support individuals who experience intense emotions, impulsive behaviors, relationship challenges, or symptoms related to mood and personality disorders. This structured group helps participants build real-life skills for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness.
What You’ll Learn:
Participants will gain tools in four core DBT skill areas:
- Mindfulness – Staying present and grounded to reduce emotional reactivity
- Distress Tolerance – Navigating emotional pain and crises without worsening the situation
- Emotion Regulation – Understanding, labeling, and managing intense feelings
- Interpersonal Effectiveness – Communicating with clarity, confidence, and self-respect
Led by licensed clinicians with advanced training in DBT, this group offers a supportive space to learn and practice practical, life-changing skills.
