Addy’s therapy approach is centered on creating a positive and trusting environment where clients feel supported in their journey toward wellness. She primarily uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and tailors her approach to meet each client’s unique needs, offering both short-term, solution-focused therapy and long-term supportive therapy.
Addy has extensive experience working with individuals across all age groups, including adults, adolescents, and children. For younger children, she incorporates play therapy as part of her practice. Her areas of expertise include senior mental health and caregiver support, adolescent challenges, stress management, grief and loss, depression, and family and parenting concerns.
In addition to therapeutic services, Addy assists clients in accessing community resources to help them achieve their optimal level of wellness. She is dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges and reach their goals.
