Breanna’s therapy style is centered on fostering trusting and positive connections with her clients. She incorporates a range of therapeutic techniques tailored to meet individual needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Academic Skills Training, and Communication Skills Training.

Breanna specializes in working with individuals aged 12 and older, with extensive experience supporting teenagers and young adults between the ages of 16 and 25. She focuses on collaboration, skill development, and fostering personal growth, guiding clients through life’s challenges and helping them reach their goals.

Breanna has experience treating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and adjustment disorders. She also works with individuals navigating family changes, marital issues, and behavioral problems. Her expertise extends to addressing academic difficulties, college transition challenges, and communication issues. Breanna has supported clients dealing with self-injurious behavior, self-esteem concerns, and women’s issues. Additionally, she has experience providing school-based therapy and working with adolescent and teen populations.
