“To be yourself in a world that is constantly trying to make you something else is the greatest accomplishment.” – Ralph Waldo Emerson
Mark firmly believes that we naturally move toward wholeness and growth, but challenges and obstacles often stand in the way. One common barrier is the habit of being overly unforgiving and hard on ourselves and others, making it difficult to let go of past failures and injuries. While some of life’s challenges can feel overwhelming—appearing greater than our ability to adapt—this is often only true for a short time. With the right support, navigating these difficult passages is possible. You are not alone.
For the past ten years, Mark has worked with individuals, couples, and families, helping them move through life’s challenges and toward greater happiness, effectiveness, and resilience. He provides compassionate support to foster growth and healing, both personally and in relationships.
Mark also has specific experience in the areas of sexuality, including online addictions, men’s issues, and working with both victims and perpetrators of sexual abuse. Many of his clients are in recovery from drug and alcohol addiction, and he offers guidance to support their continued progress.
Currently, Mark is pursuing advanced training toward certification in clinical hypnosis, focusing on stress and pain management, to further expand the tools he provides to his clients.
