Sheri is actively working toward licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of Minnesota. She is committed to providing a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment for her clients, fostering trust and promoting personal growth and healing.
Sheri takes a holistic approach to therapy, addressing the physical, emotional, and social aspects of well-being. She incorporates evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to tailor her approach to each client’s needs.
Throughout her career, Sheri has worked with individuals facing challenges related to substance abuse, complex trauma, anxiety, depression, career transitions, grief and loss, ADHD, and mood disorders.
