Dr. Sue Hoisington views therapy as a collaborative journey, helping clients navigate life’s challenges and enhance their quality of life. Her approach is warm, person-centered, and trauma-informed, providing a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their concerns and develop skills to overcome obstacles.
Sue specializes in working with adults facing depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. She has extensive experience supporting individuals with co-occurring mental health and addiction issues.
A part of Bridges and Pathways Counseling Services, Inc. since 2011, Sue values her connection to the community and is committed to giving back. She also works full-time at NUWAY in Minneapolis and provides training on co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders through Minnesota Recovery Connection and Warrior Returns.
