Lindsay’s therapy approach is empathic and relational in nature as she meets clients where they are on their journey of mental health and establishes safe, supportive connections with clients. Lindsay specializes in meeting with adolescents, young adults, and families supporting their mental health needs using sand tray therapy, Internal Family Systems, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Her areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, Autism, trauma, and life transitions, and she is an LGBTQ+ ally.
Lindsay has over ten years of professional experience as a Social Worker in various mental health settings, including school-based mental health, inpatient and residential levels of care, and as a Children’s Mental Health Worker. She is familiar with connecting clients and families to community resources and is committed to furthering their well-being.
