Teresa brings a grounded, real-world understanding to therapy. Her therapeutic approach is rooted in CBT, while also integrating DBT to support clients in addressing emotional challenges, building coping skills, and resolving trauma. She believes therapy should be both practical and transformative, offering insight, tools, and support for real-life challenges.
She specializes in working with adults navigating complex challenges—whether it’s managing anger, mood disorders, or personality disorders; healing from trauma or loss; coping with life transitions; or building healthier relationships. She is trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), which is especially effective for addressing trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and grief. ART is fast-acting, non-invasive, and allows clients to gain relief while staying in control of the process.
